THE PROBLEM

Following the rebrand, Mer required consistent, on-brand execution across a large volume of digital and print materials. Key challenges included: Ensuring brand consistency across multiple audience segments (commercial, public sector, landowners, councils, etc.) Producing ongoing campaign assets with fast turnaround times Communicating technical, infrastructure-heavy topics in a clear and approachable way Supporting lead generation, employee education, and customer onboarding at the same time There was also a requirement for SEO content support and LinkedIn paid campaign management, in addition to design.

MY SOLUTION

I worked as Mer’s ongoing designer and campaign support partner, translating the new brand guidelines into daily practical output across internal and external communications.
